Volunteer Park day includes some free tree pruning training provided by Boutte Tree on Saturday April 23th from 9:30 am though 3:30 or anywhere in between. They will be providing tools and their expertise to train any volunteers that are active in the community. I would also recommend maybe bringing gloves or any other pruning type tools you may be comfortable with.
