Grady is establishing and operating a medical facility located at 724 Memorial Drive SE, and an Emergency Medical Services training center at the adjacent 235 Estoria. St. SE Atlanta, Georgia 30316 (the "Facility"), both of which sit at a critical geographic interface with the historic Cabbagetown community;

CNIA and its members have raised concerns regarding the operation of the Facility and its potential impacts on the surrounding neighborhood, and both CNIA and Grady desire to resolve those concerns through this Community Benefits Agreement and establish a binding framework for ongoing cooperation and community support;.

The hope is to establish this binding framework rooted in true partnership, local equity, public safety, and good neighborhood stewardship to ensure the Facility serves as a positive asset to Cabbagetown.
